Expert level of experience

Very spontaneous I was joining with my Bullet a team of 3 travelers on 2 Himalayan Enfields to Ladakh. It was an amazing great adventure! Most of the roads are very good, but ~20% are not. Especially some landslides and glacier water crossings with mud and gravel was really challenging. But thanks to Ashisht and his team, even the most difficult parts we could make it because of their expert level of experience! On some parts we were the only team which could continue their way, others had to turn around. In the evenings at the camp sites they organized everything, and beside hanging out all together taking about the day they also let us a comfortable space for our own. I'm super happy and grateful to have been a part of this journey which I'll never forget, thank you guys! :-)

Best Trip of my life

This was one of the best trips of my life.. And the best part was it was so well planned right from the beginning till the end. Be it staying in Leh with such a homely environment, or stay at Pangong or Sarchu in tents.. Each and everything was perfectly managed. Ashish is one the best riders I have come across.. The ride from Pangong to Leh was so smooth that I never realised for a fraction of second that the brakes aren't working. Hatsoff man. Before this trip I loved travelling but after this I literally crave for such adventurous travelling.. Thanks Ashish Jaideva Juyal from the #incredibleoutdoors for giving us lifetime memories to cherish. And for being an inspiration for all of us We thank you from the bottom of our heart.

Incredible in true sense

Incredible Outdoors is Incredible in true sense. We recently hired them for our LEH expidition by Bullet. We were amazed to learn about their professional yet personal eye for details. All the components of an adventure trip starting from boarding, bike, route, food, and exploring was perfectly planned with minutest details. A special vote of thanks to Ashish, who with his experience and empathy, has won our hearts. A friend for lifetime he is now. I would strongly recommend 'INCREDIBLE OUTDOORS' to anybody who is looking to experience Nature and discover something better about thyself

1. How fit should I be for a Ladakh trip? As you will be riding on a very high altitude you should be aware of the weather condition and also take care of your health. You should keep in mind that cardio exercises are your real friends for few days. The air is very thing at high altitude like Baralach La, and Khardung la so if you keep yourself fit by doing some cardio exercises it will be easier for you there. 2. Is it very cold in Ladakh? Yes it’s very cold, extremely cold. If you are on a journey on a motorcycle, then it’s even worse. When you will reach Khradungla the air will get thinner here and you will start to feel colder. Even though you will be covered with jackets and helmet the cold can be unbearable. So it is advisable that you wear warmers inside because Ladakh winters are extremely cold. 3. What kind of clothing is required for the trip? While you are traveling to Ladakh always be prepared for the cold which you are going to face here. Make sure you cross check the list of all the essentials things you must carry for Ladakh trip. You also might be facing a zero degree temperature along with windy conditions. So carry woolen clothing with which should include:
  • Woolen Cap
  • Gloves
  • Warm & wind proof jacket
4. Will there be any lack of oxygen in Ladakh? Anybody who is travelling 10,000 above sea level will find difficulty in breathing or is likely to fall prey to altitude sickness. It happens due to low level of atmospheric oxygen. 5. What are the symptoms of High Altitude sickness? How long does it take to get acclimatize in Ladakh? When you are in Ladakh the most common problem faced by the people here are loss of appetite, acute mountain sickness, nausea, fatigue, insomnia, nose bleeding, shortness of breath and drowsiness.  These are the most common symptoms of High Altitude Sickness. The best way to get acclimatize in Ladakh is a natural rest for at least 48 hours. 6. Can small kids go on a Road trip? Well it totally depends on the health condition of the children who are going on the trip. Dependent kids will be a challenge as weather on high altitudes can change any time so one must be mindful of this fact. Always carry warm clothing for the children as much as you can if they are a bit ill. It is also advisable to chose the itinerary if you are taking a dependent kid with you which will also help them to adjust with the altitude. 7. What kind of toilet facility will be there? While you are traveling to Ladakh there are proper toilet facilities with attached bathroom and running cold water. While at few places like Sarchu, Pangong and Tso Moriri you would not get hot water while you will get running hot water at rest of the places. Please note hot water is not available 24 x 7, please check timings of hot water supply at the time of check in the hotel. 8. How often can I recharge my electronic equipment? You can recharge your electronics through power outlets on the days we have hotel accommodation. Note that in India, the power mains run at 220v. Most modern electronic device chargers support both 110v and 220v but do check each charger / device in advance since 110v chargers and devices will not work without a special adapter. The standard plug socket is also of a different kind. You will need to get converter plugs to enable your chargers and devices to plug into standard Indian wall sockets. While we are camping, you can recharge your equipment using the 12v DC connection in our back-up vehicles. Note that you will need 12v car chargers for your equipment in this case. 9. What about internet access? You will have access to the internet in major town and cities, but in remote regions of Himalayas you will have zero access. 10. How fast will I be riding a motorcycle during the tour? You would not be riding at more than 30-40 mph (60-70 kph) on any given day. Apart from the obvious safety reasons, we advocate riding slow for you to enjoy and absorb the landscape. 11. Do I need to carry medicines? You should carry the medicines you have to take for your present medical condition. We would be carrying general medicines for basic illnesses. 12. What happens in case of unforeseen situations such as landslides, bad weather etc? After judging the situation on the ground, the Road Captain will take a call on the alternate route. 13. What are the documents which are required for the trip? On your Ladakh trip it is very essential for you to carry all the important documents with you so that you do not face any trouble during your trip.

  • Registration Papers of the bike
  • Insurance certificate
