Portugal - Retreat Support for Mooji Baba Sangha
From 2013-2020, We managed logistics, ground coordination, travel, transportation, accommodation, and comprehensive support for visitors from around the world during Mooji Baba’s Satsang in Rishikesh at Swatantranand Ashram. Through this work, we refined our expertise in handling silence-based retreats, large spiritual gatherings, and teacher-specific requirements.
Mooji Baba is also the beloved teacher of Ashish Juyal, the founder of Incredible Outdoors, who lives a life deeply inspired by his guidance and the Ramana Maharshi lineage. United States – Retreats for New Dharma Foundation
From 2016 to 2020, we curated and managed the India programs for Satshree Ji and the New Dharma Foundation (Reno, Nevada), providing complete on-ground support to ensure their retreats flowed with ease and precision. Our responsibilities included managing retreat venues, all travel and transport arrangements, comfortable accommodations, daily meals, guided excursions, sacred site visits, cultural immersion experiences, medical assistance, money exchange support, and comprehensive travel solutions for every participant.
We also assisted their members with Business Visa support for India.Through this long-term collaboration, we gained valuable insight into the expectations of American spiritual groups-especially their emphasis on authenticity, safety, comfort, and depth. Moscow, Russia – Retreats For Chaturanga Yoga, Dimitriy Demin Ji
In 2024 and 2025, we managed a luxury yoga retreat in Rishikesh for Chaturanga Yoga, led by the renowned Russian yoga teacher Dimitriy Demin (popularly known as Deema). The retreat was a powerful blend of spiritual depth, Vedic rituals, and transformative yogic practices.
Our complete retreat management included ancestral healing sessions, Navagraha (nine planets) Pooja, soul-purification rituals, Havan ceremonies, and personalised Vedic astrology guidance for all participants. Alongside the spiritual components, we curated immersive experiences such as jungle safaris, sunrise mountain trips, Devprayag visits, river confluences, and adventure activities-bringing together the essence of nature, culture, and ancient Indian wisdom.
Managing this retreat for two consecutive years strengthened our expertise in high-end spiritual experiences and deepened our understanding of the unique expectations of international yoga communities seeking authenticity, transformation, and comfort.
