Perfect Blend

I wanted both adventure and spirituality, and this retreat delivered both. Mornings were for inner work - yoga and meditation. Afternoons for exploring - lakes, monasteries, mountain passes. Evenings for connection - astrology sessions, group discussions, stargazing. Everything flowed naturally. Khardung La was thrilling, Pangong was serene, Hanle was mystical. The spiritual conversations weren't preachy, just real people sharing real experiences. Made me think about life differently. Yoga by the lake with Himalayan backdrop is now my definition of bliss. Everything is well planned, making the experience truly unforgettable. Value for money is excellent considering everything included.

Loved Every Bit of It

This 9 days Ladakh yoga retreat was incredible from start to finish. Accommodation at Stone Hedge in Nubra was beautiful, Pangong Retreat had the best views. Daily practices never felt repetitive - Hatha, Yin, Restorative, they mixed it up well. The astrology workshops were so insightful, and I learned about my birth chart and karmic lessons. Thiksey Monastery was stunning, and Diskit Buddha was massive! Long drives but scenic, and you rest enough. The food was homely and tasty. The team handled everything smoothly. Zero regrets, only gratitude.

Healing in High Altitude

I lost my father last year and was struggling to find peace. Friend suggested this retreat. Didn't expect much, just needed to get away. But something about doing yoga at Pangong Lake, meditating at monasteries, sitting in silence at Hanle... it helped me process grief in ways therapy couldn't. The instructors were gentle and understanding. Never felt pressured to share or participate beyond my comfort. The mountains held me. Yoga Nidra last night released emotions I'd been holding for months. If you're healing from something, this is a good place to start.

First Solo Trip, Best Solo Trip

I took this retreat alone as my first solo trip and it was the best idea. The group became instant friends. Daily yoga helped me come out of my shell, and the sharing circles at night created such a safe space. The Nubra Valley camel ride was fun. The fire circle at Pangong with mantras and silence... man, that was powerful. The astrology session revealed my life path in a way that just clicked. The team was professional and caring. Leh acclimatization day is necessary, don't skip it.

Challenging But Worth It

Not going to lie, the altitude kicked my butt initially. But the team was so supportive and the breathwork really helped. Yoga sessions were adapted based on how we felt which I appreciated. Hanle was probably my favorite - the dark sky there is unbelievable, you can literally see the Milky Way. Meditation under those stars hit different. Food could have been better but that's just me being picky. The journey from Pangong to Hanle was rough but the views made up for it. Overall, if you're willing to push yourself a bit, this retreat gives back so much more.
