A slow, soulful journey through the Himalayas for clarity, healing, and inner balance
Join Incredible Outdoors on a carefully designed retreat in Ladakh, where yoga, breathwork, astrology, and mindful travel come together. This retreat is created for people who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the quiet power of the Himalayas.
We travel through Leh, Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake, and Hanle, combining daily practices with sacred places, open skies, and deep silence.
Something kept pulling me towards this retreat and I finally listened. Best decision. The combination of yoga practice with Himalayan travel is genius. You're constantly moving between external exploration and internal discovery. Morning yoga energized the day. Meditation at Pangong Lake changed something fundamental in me - can't explain it, you have to experience it. Astrology sessions helped me understand life cycles I'm moving through. Hanle stargazing was humbling, makes you realize how small we are. Simple food, decent rooms, amazing experiences. Well planned schedule that balanced activities perfectly. Come here if you're ready for change, the mountains will help you along.

Worth Every Rupee
I did a lot of research before booking this and so glad I chose Incredible Outdoors. The itinerary balance is perfect - enough activities to stay engaged, enough rest to not feel exhausted. Yoga sessions were professional and well-adapted for altitude. Breathwork really helped with acclimatization. Astrology workshops were surprisingly deep and personal. Khardung La, Nubra, Pangong, Hanle - each place topped the previous one. Sunset at Shanti Stupa on day 1 set beautiful expectations. The food was home-style and good. The team was experienced and friendly. Only suggestion - add one extra day at Pangong because leaving felt too soon. Everything else was spot on.

Small Group, Big Impact
What I loved most was the small group size. We were only 12 people so everything felt intimate and personal. Daily yoga sessions felt like practicing with friends. Astrology workshops were interactive, we could ask questions and share experiences. The spiritual discussions went deep because everyone felt safe to open up. Monasteries were peaceful, Pangong was breathtaking, Hanle was otherworldly. Accommodation and food were good enough, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. The instructors became friends by day three. Long drives gave us time to process everything. Left with a tribe, not just memories. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

New experience in my life
Never been comfortable with silence but that was kind of the point I guess. The retreat pushed me gently into it - meditation sessions got longer, night circles had silent moments, Hanle was all about quiet observation. Initially uncomfortable, then liberating. Yoga helped ground all that internal noise. Breathwork at Khardung La was intense. Astrology sessions made me look at my life patterns differently. Pangong Lake is another world, photos don't capture the feeling. The team was patient with my hundred questions. The food was good, the rooms were okay.

Beauty Meets Practice
As a yoga teacher myself, I was curious about this retreat format. Really impressed with how they structured it - good balance between practice, travel, and rest. Instructors were skilled and knew how to modify for altitude challenges. The astrology addition was unique and surprisingly relevant. Each session connected to what we were experiencing in the landscape. Hemis Monastery had such powerful energy, meditation there was deep. In Pangong, watching the sunrise was my personal highlight. Accommodations were simple but adequate. Food could use more variety but was nutritious. Solid retreat for anyone serious about both travel and practice.
